Intellectual Property and Brand Protection Policy

Effective date: 26 August 2026

1. Ownership
   BFS Digital Ltd owns or licenses the intellectual property used in its websites and platforms, including software, source code, original content, design, workflows, database structures, branding, logos and documentation, subject to third-party rights.
   
2. Brand protection
   Company registration and domain ownership do not by themselves provide trade mark protection. BFS Digital may register and enforce trade marks and may register defensive domains and social-media identifiers.
   
3. User content
   Users retain ownership of lawful material they submit but grant the platform the licence needed to host, display, format, index and operate the service.
   
4. Contractors
   Developers, designers, agencies and contractors must have written agreements covering intellectual property assignment, confidentiality, data protection and security before creating protected material for BFS Digital.
   
5. Infringement
   Report suspected infringement to info@bfsdigital.co.uk with evidence of the relevant rights and the allegedly infringing material.

BFS Digital Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17210196. Registered office: 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. BFS Digital Ltd operates its websites and digital services through its own corporate identity and trading brands.

UK Private Health Network is operated by BFS Digital Ltd unless expressly stated otherwise.
