Complaints, Takedown and Rights Infringement Policy

1. Complaints
   Send complaints to info@bfsdigital.co.uk. Include the platform, URL, account or transaction, the issue and the outcome requested.
   
2. Defamation
   For alleged defamatory content, identify the exact words, explain the complaint and provide supporting evidence. BFS Digital may restrict or remove content where legally justified. Review of a complaint is not an admission of liability.
   
3. Copyright and trade marks
   Rights holders should identify the protected work or mark, provide evidence of ownership, identify the allegedly infringing material and provide contact details.
   
4. Privacy
   Report publication of private or confidential information. BFS Digital may restrict content while assessing the issue.
   
5. Emergency safeguarding
   Where content creates an immediate serious risk, BFS Digital may act urgently and may contact law enforcement, regulators or safeguarding bodies where appropriate.
