Acceptable Use and Platform Safety Policy

1. Prohibited activity
   Fraudulent healthcare or professional credentials.
   False CQC or regulator claims.
   Malware, phishing or credential theft.
   Unauthorised access or security testing.
   Unlawful discrimination, threats or harassment.
   Privacy-invasive publication of another person’s information.
   Fake reviews or manipulation of ratings.
   Spam, automated abuse or unauthorised scraping.
   Illegal content.
2. Moderation
   BFS Digital may remove, restrict, suspend, de-rank or preserve content where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, privacy, security, fraud prevention or platform integrity.
3. Reports
   Reports may be sent to info@bfsdigital.co.uk and should identify the relevant URL or account, the issue and supporting evidence where available.
4. Safeguarding
   Where a credible risk of serious harm, exploitation, trafficking, abuse or other safeguarding concern arises, BFS Digital may take urgent protective action and may contact appropriate authorities where lawful and necessary.
